1.1 How do I contact customer service?

Simply click CONTACT US page. You can also email us or call us at 1 (844) 364-3647. We are open 10am - 4pm AST, Monday - Friday.

1.2 How can I check on the status of my order ?

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. As soon as your package has been delivered to the post office, you will receive another email with your tracking number so you can find out when your order will arrive.

1.3 What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments via our payment processor Stripe.

Canadians also have the ability to pay using interact e-transfer.  Payments can be sent to [email protected] (no password required).

1.4 When will my credit card be charged ?

Your credit card will be charged once you order is placed.

e-transfers are to be sent as soon as you receive an order confirmation email (Canadian customers only).

1.5 Are all your products priced in Canadian Dollars ?

Yes, all our physical products are priced in Canadian Dollars and we are based in Prince Edward Island, Canada

1.6 How do I cancel or change an order ?

You can cancel or change your order and obtain a refund at any time BEFORE we ship out your order. Please Email Us or call our customer service (844) 364-3647.

1.7 Product availability ?

We try to maintain inventory of all products on our website as accurate as possible, occasionally you order may contain some items which are out of stock. In this case, we will contact before shipping your order.

2 Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Where will my order be sent from ?
All orders to Canadian addresses are shipped from Prince Edward Island, Canada.
 
International orders - e-collars and place boards will ship from the manufacturers located in the USA.  All other store items will ship from Canada.
2.2 What shipping method do you use ?

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

2.3 What if i received damaged or defective item ?

Please report the damaged item to us within 2 business days of receipt and we will advise next step.

 

2.4 When will my order ship ?

All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days of your purchase. We will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped.
