Here is the Unleashed Potential 300 mini educator (ET-300) remote paired with the RX120 big dog collar (receiver). You will have 1/2 mile range with the e-collar system rather than the 1-mile range that the 800 has, otherwise, the receiver is essentially the same as the 800 in terms of stimulation levels and strength.

It comes with a 1" strap but 1" bungee collar would be great for this system.
